Return & Refund Policy – The Trading Co.

At The Trading Co., we strive to provide high-quality trading cards and collectibles. We understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we’re here to help. Please review our Return & Refund Policy before making a purchase.

1. Pre-Orders & Cancellations

• All pre-orders are final and cannot be canceled or refunded once placed.
• In rare cases where a pre-order is delayed or canceled by the manufacturer, we will notify you and provide options, including store credit or a full refund.

2. Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the nature of trading cards and collectibles, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
• If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available in the following cases:
✔ Damaged or defective items (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery).
✔ Incorrect items received (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery).
✔ Canceled pre-orders by The Trading Co. due to manufacturer issues.

We do not offer refunds for:
❌ Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
❌ Pre-orders that are delayed but still expected to arrive.
❌ Opened or used items.

4. How to Request a Refund

• Email us at TheTradingco308@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.
• Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
• If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

5. Shipping Costs

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error.
• If a return is approved, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Processing & Shipping Times

• In-Stock Items: Ships within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
• Pre-Orders: Ships once received from the manufacturer (delays may occur).
• Delivery Options:
  • Standard (5-10 business days)
  • Expedited (2-4 business days, additional fee)
  • International shipping available (varies by location).

Tracking & Issues

• A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
• Lost/Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost packages marked as delivered. Contact the carrier first.
• Address Changes: Cannot be guaranteed after purchase—contact us ASAP for assistance.

International Orders & Customs

• Buyers are responsible for customs fees and taxes.
• Customs delays may impact delivery times.
